Frequently asked questions about one-part fibreglass boat repair,  MagicEzy 9 Second Chip Fix

Mix two or more colors on a clear plastic wrap. View new color when placed over the surface.

To prevent slump or for a FAST dry time, use a hairdryer for 3 minutes to form a skin.

MagicEzy 9 Second Chip Fix dries matte. Add a thin top coat of MagicEzy Hairline Fix for gloss.

In temperatures above 90ºF (30ºC) lay a damp towel over the area until hand temperature is reached.
Below 60ºF /15ºC, set with hairdryer for 3 minutes.

Complete the repair in seconds without having to grind out the existing damage. Use on gelcoat, fiberglass, ceramics and stone. Provides a long-lasting repair guaranteed to seal and protect for years. The strong adhesion in Hairline Fix helps prevent cracks from spreading. Hairline Fix can also be used over the top of MagicEzy 9 Second Chip Fix to achieve a glossy finish.

MEGA FUSION

PRIMER FOR PLASTIC & ALUMINIUM

Use as part of an easy two-step process to repair scrapes, chips and gouges in plastic and aluminium surfaces. Eg. plastic guards, covers, fairings, aluminium painted boat hulls. First, prime the surface with a thin layer of Mega Fusion and allow to dry. Then apply a top coat of either 9 Second Chip Fix or Hairline Fix or both (depending on the type of damage or amount of gloss required). Can also be used as a powerful adhesive. Eg. to bond two pieces of plastic together.
